To be honest getting to Madagascar can be a bit tricky from Australia; even the option via Mauritius requires at least one overnight hotel stay at passengers expense.

Major Tourist Attractions are the national parks throughout the country that feature the various types of Lemurs. Madagascar is renowned for much unique flora and fauna and is a bit of a naturalist destination.
